Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of DualMac (iPad) and DualMac Companion (Mac), published by Marius Labs ("we"). By using the apps you agree to them.

1. What DualMac is

DualMac is a remote-desktop and agent-supervision utility for Macs you own or are authorized to control. It connects to macOS Screen Sharing, to the optional DualMac Companion app, and to the Claude Code and Codex command-line tools installed on your Mac under your own provider accounts.

2. Your responsibilities

• Only connect to machines you own or are explicitly authorized to access.
• You are responsible for the actions of the agents you run and approve, including changes they make to your files and systems.
• Your use of Claude Code and Codex remains governed by Anthropic's and OpenAI's own terms; DualMac does not provide, resell or proxy those services.
• Keep your devices, credentials and private network secure.

3. License

DualMac is free of charge. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps on devices you control. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the App Store download.

4. No warranty

The apps are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Remote control and agent execution are powerful capabilities; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Marius Labs is not liable for data loss, system changes or damages resulting from your use of the apps, of remote sessions, or of AI agents you chose to run.

5. Trademarks

Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic. Codex is a trademark of OpenAI. Mac, macOS and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc. DualMac is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI or Apple.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at dualmac.app/terms.
